How to order hide 

If you find it more convenient, we are able to offer you a fully bespoke mail-order service, in fact, half of our sales are made this way now.

How does it work?
If you are ready to make your order but do not know your ring size, we can send you a ring sizer and then take your order by phone or by e-mail.

See a Sample ring
If you would prefer to see the rings before you make your order then we can send you a sample ring for you to look at. We do not charge you for this service but we do require your credit card details as security on the rings.

Your Order
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your order. Once this is received we will begin work on your rings. When the band is formed, we send it to you for a fitting. At this stage we are still able to make any adjustments necessary before we engrave your date and set any diamonds. We pay the postage both ways and the rings are fully insured.

Once the rings are a perfect fit we carefully carve your date and set any diamonds onto the ring. The rings are then perfectly packaged and sent to you fully insured.

We make the year ring in all widths from 3mm upwards but the widths which seem to be most popular are 4mm wide for a ladies and 6mm wide for a man’s. We may ask you about the size of your hands and the style of your engagement ring to be able to give you our advice on the perfect ring for you.

Making an appointment hide 

If you would like to try the rings on before you make your order, please make an appointment with us at either our Sevenoaks shop or at our London studio.

Requesting a sample ring hide 

If you are not able to visit one of our shops and wish to see the rings before you place your order, we offer a sample service. The sample rings are made in silver and they enable you to see the quality of the engraving and will give you a good idea of how the rings will look on your hand.

We do not charge you for this service but we do require your credit card details as security on the rings. Please e-mail or call us with your details so that we can arrange for the rings to be sent to you. Once the rings are returned to us, we destroy your card details.
