We want you to wear and enjoy your Dominic Walmsley jewellery. However, since our jewellery is made by very skilled humans and we use natural products, very occasionally something may go wrong. We are very friendly and fair and we put ourselves in your position when a customer has a problem with a piece of jewellery. If it is our fault we will happily restore the piece to its original glory. If we feel the damage was not our fault, we will give you a quote to restore the piece at the lowest possible cost as we are not looking to profit from your misfortune. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our Returns Policy
Whenever you buy via a web-site or any mail-order you have the right to return the item if you don’t like it. This also applies to our online shop. So if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase simply return it within 10 working days of delivery, in its original and unused saleable condition, together with its packaging and receipt to:

Some items are excluded from refunds, they include: bespoke items, gift vouchers and any engraved items.
We will refund you the full amount of the standard goods, less any postage charges. If you have paid using a credit card we will deduct 2% which is the credit card company’s charge to us to process your payment and refund. If the item appears to have been worn, we may charge you for re-polishing the item. The return packaging needs to be suitable to avoid any damage to the item or its packaging. The returned item needs to have suitable insurance on the postage as our insurance
only covers postage to you.
